Chef Business
When I am not busy running my private chef business, I can be found spending hours testing and developing new recipes for my local cooking classes or offering chef demonstrations of recipes from my four cookbooks. Although, my true self enjoys the traditions and rituals of preparing ethnic, soulful meals. Through many years of travel and work abroad, I have developed a flavorful Mediterranean cooking style. In the Mediterranean, dishes are created and cooked in harmony with the changing seasons. They emphasize using produce that is in-season, locally sourced, and high-quality, which allows the flavor to shine through. These are cooking philosophies that I have incorporated into my daily practice, as well as the honorable traditions of gathering with family and friends to share a bountiful meal.
